One of our more popular photo sessions is what we call a Photo Walk. We meet at my studio and get awesome photos by walking around the downtown area. Stops might include both classic and rustic urban backgrounds, we might stop at the recently renovated city hall building or the downtown park. Then we end up in some more natural settings in a nearby wooded area. We usually have the senior change clothes once or twice during the session and they have the option of going back to the studio to change if necessary.

This was the first shot we made during the Photo Walk and is one of Jake’s favorites. It showcases the Studio 101 West style of great skin tones, clear sharp eyes that demand your attention and a soft background that is interesting but does not take attention away from the face. |

Here are more shots from Jake’s photo session. He chose our combo session where you get both studio and outdoor shots. Jake’s parents were so thrilled with all the photos they bought six Coffee Table Books to give out to family and friends. |

Being on the track team we had to get a few shots with his running shoes. |

Jake is a writer and chose to bring in his old typewriter for a few studio shot. |

This is one of my favorites using one of our vintage camera props and our special Ring Light |
