A week ago I was commissioned by SunPower Corp. to create some photos of the partial solar eclipse over the California Valley Solar Ranch. This was one of the more challenging assignments I’ve had in a while. I visited the site a few days before for saftey training and to scout the location. The final shot ended up being a double exposure to be able to capture the shape of the sun but still show the solar array in the foreground. When the client saw the photos she wrote back: “Wow I think these are AWESOME! Literally, they have me in awe!!!”
Good thing she likes them, it will be 10 years until until the next solar eclipse here.
