One of my regular architecture clients, JW Design & Construction had me photograph another winery they built in the Paso Robles wine country. Shale Oak Winery was exquisitely designed by Studio2G Architects and is one of the most unique structures in the area, both in looks and the fact that its LEED Certified. Meaning that it is one of the most environmentally conscious built structures in the area using recycled materials, water reclamation and have almost zero impact on the surrounding environment. They also make great wine.
