Congratulations to Craig Smith at CRSA Architecture who won the 2010 American Institute of Architects Honor Award for the Historic Wineman Hotel restoration. A beautiful building in downtown San Luis Obispo now restored to its original 1920’s character. While I can’t take credit for the contest entry “before” photos I can take credit for all the after photos.
