Last month I made this studio portrait of Jay DeCou. A great guy and Atascadero’s 2012 Citizen of the Year. Jay and his family own DeCou Lumber and Jay servers the community in a number of ways. He was also my sons Scout Master in Boy Scout Troop 226 for many years. Congratulations Jay, you certainly earned it.
