Opulence is a word that comes to mind when you see the Chateau Rose Elder Care facility in San Luis Obispo. This magnificent estate home was built in 1956 with craftsmanship that is rarely seen in today’s homes. It was recently converted to one of San Luis Obispo’s more exclusive elder care homes and I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful French Country residence as well as a few of its friendly residents and staff.
The home is beautifully decorated and the guest rooms are named after the different regions of France.

The backyard pool area is surrounded by gardens and is open and spacious.

It’s easy to see that staff and the guest all love being at Chateau Rose.
The front entrance and yard is in a park like setting that is impeccably landscaped, and feels open and inviting.
